The machine is continuous ice cream freezer with external cold source. Ice cream is mixed with quantitative compressed air (adjustable) simultaneously by the crescent pump and then frozen into mold. The machine adopts refrigeration valves in global famous brand, and the correlative parts of the crescent pump are made of imported stainless steel used for food. Compressed air passes through the special purification equipment and is sent into freezing cylinder by supplying forced air. Qualified expansion rate can be acquired by adjusting the quantity of air supply to assure the freezer has stable and reliable operation.
