SD688 Extrusion Freezing Tunnel is an ice cream production system with the function of extrusion forming, quick-freezing and hardening. The machine is mainly used for vertical extrusion ice cream product with stick inserting types. By changing accessories, it could produce horizontal extrusion ice cream, ice cream cup and ice cream cone. The picture contains SD688 Extrusion Freezing Tunnel, SD Ice Cream Freezing Machine, BZ Wrapping Machine and Manipulator, all of which can be composed an automatic production line. SD688 Extrusion Freezing Tunnel adopts PLC computer control and multi-motor synchronous technology, human-machine interface operation. The complete machine is reliable operation, easy adjustment. The working table has three standard working position shelves, which could easily install multifarious special equipments to produce different ice cream.
